[Important Notice] Unauthorized Picking of Farm Products is THEFT!
최근 학교 인근 과수농가에서 수확 전 복숭아 등 농산물 절도 사례가 발생하고 있습니다.
모든 농산물 무단 채취·반출은 '형사범죄(절도)'에 해당하며, 외국인 유학생은 비자 취소·체류 연장 불허 등 중대한 불이익을 받을 수 있습니다.
인근 농가는 24시간 CCTV를 가동 중이며, 피해 발생 시 즉시 경찰에 신고 및 민·형사 고발할 예정입니다.
Recently, there have been cases of theft of farm products (e.g., peaches) from nearby orchards.
Taking or removing farm products without permission is a criminal offense (theft).
International students may face serious consequences, including visa cancellation or denial of stay extension.
Nearby orchards are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance, and any theft will be reported to the police and prosecuted both civilly and criminally.
근거 법령:
형법 제329조(절도): 6년 이하 징역 또는 1천만 원 이하 벌금
형법 제331조(특수절도): 2명 이상 합동 시 1년 이상 10년 이하 징역
출입국관리법 제89조: 범죄 시 체류 연장 불허·비자 취소 가능
Legal Basis:
Criminal Act Article 329 (Theft): Up to 6 years in prison or a fine of up to 10 million KRW
Criminal Act Article 331 (Special Theft): 1–10 years in prison if committed by two or more persons
Immigration Control Act Article 89: Possible visa cancellation or denial of stay extension upon conviction
