[경찰청] 보이스피싱 범죄 가담 주의 안내
최근 단기 고수익 아르바이트나 비대면 채용 등을 가장한 보이스피싱 자금세탁 범죄에 연루되는 사례가 20대를 중심으로 급증하고 있습니다.
특히, 중국인 유학생 및 취업준비생이 단순 업무로 알고 시작한 아르바이트가 불법 자금 수거책 역할로 이어져 형사처벌까지 받는 사례가 빈번히 발생하고 있습니다.
이는 단순한 실수나 몰랐다는 이유로 면책되지 않으며, 보이스피싱 범죄에 가담할 경우 공범으로 처벌될 수 있습니다.
※ 채용 공고에 ‘합법적인 업무’로 기재되어 있더라도, 아래와 같은 내용이 포함된 경우 보이스피싱 범죄일 가능성이 있으니 반드시 주의하십시오.

▪ ‘텔레그램 등 메신저로만 소통’
※ 사례
1. 현금 또는 수표를 받아 지정 장소 또는 사람에게 전달
2. 계좌로 입금된 돈을 이체하거나 인출
3. 본인 명의로 개설된 통장과 휴대폰을 제공

고수익, 간단한 업무, 신분 노출 없이 가능한 아르바이트라는 말에 속지 마세요.

[Korean National Police Agency] Warning: Beware of Voice Phishing Crime Involvement
Recently, there has been a sharp increase in cases where individuals in their 20s become unknowingly involved in voice phishing money laundering schemes, disguised as high-paying part-time jobs or remote hiring opportunities.
In particular, Chinese international students and job seekers have frequently been targeted and hired for what appears to be simple part-time work, only to find themselves involved in illegal activities as money mules, facing serious criminal charges.
Please note: Claiming you didn’t know is not a valid excuse.
If you are involved in such schemes, you may be treated as a criminal accomplice and subject to prosecution.
※ You may be unknowingly committing a crime if you engage in the following:
1. Delivering cash or checks to a specific person or location
2. Transferring or withdrawing money received into your bank account
3. Providing your own bank account or mobile phone to someone else
※ Even if a job post appears legal, you must be extremely cautious if it includes:
▪ “High-paying short-term job”
▪ “Remote hiring”
▪ “Bank transaction assistant”
▪ Communication only through Telegram or other messengers
⚠️ There’s no such thing as “easy money.”
Do not trust job offers that promise high pay, simple tasks, or no ID required.
