조선정비학과는 국내 조선업체에서 요구하는 조선용접 및 조선도장 분야의 글로벌 현장 실무능력을 갖춘 기술인력 양성을 위해 한국형 맞춤형 실습 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다.
특히 조선산업에서 요구되는 전공 과목 이수, 어학능력, 한국생활에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 한국문화체험교육과 인성교육을 지도하여 기업친화적 인재양성을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 조선업체의 산업기술교육원과 조선업체에서 실시하는 기능검증을 거쳐 용접 및 도장 자격증 취득을 통해 본교 졸업 후 유학생 특례제도를 통해 국내 유수의 조선업체회사에 취업할 수 있도록 글로벌 조선전문인력 양성을 목표로 운영되고 있습니다.
The Department of Shipbuilding Maintenance operates a Korean-style customized practice program to nurture technical manpower with international field work skills in the field of shipbuilding welding and shipbuilding painting required by Korean shipbuilding companies.
In particular, it aims to nurture business-friendly talents by teaching Korean culture experiential education and character education so that they can adapt to major skills, language communication skills, and living in Korea, which are required in the shipbuilding industry.
It is operated with the goal of nurturing international shipbuilding professionals so that they can find employment in leading shipbuilding companies in Korea after graduating from our school through the acquisition of national licenses for welding and painting through skill verification at the shipbuilding industry technical education center and the special system for foreign students.

조선정비학과는 한국 조선업체에서 요구하는 용접 및 도장 분야와 관련하여 혁신적인 사고와 실무능력을 겸비한 기술인력 양성을 목표로 한다. HD현대중공업, 삼호중공업, 한화오션, 현대미포 등과의 산학협력을 통해 산업계의 요구를 반영한 교육과정을 운영하고 있으며, 산학협력으로 진행되는 산업체견학 및 기술실습을 통해 기술지식과 숙련기술을 제공하고 있습니다. 조선업계에서 요구하는 기업문화에 잘 적응할 수 있는 인문학적 소양을 갖춘 기술인력을 양성하고 유학생을 포함하여 국내 유수의 조선회사에 취업하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
The Department of Shipbuilding Maintenance aims to nurture technical personnel equipped with innovative thinking and practical skills in relation to the fields of welding and painting required by Korean shipbuilding companies. Through industry-university cooperation with Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samho Heavy Industries, and Hanwha Ocean, we operate a curriculum that reflects the demands of the industry, and through field trips and skills practice conducted by industry-university cooperation, we provide technical knowledge and skills required by the shipbuilding industry.
The goal is to produce technical manpower equipped with humanistic literacy who can adapt well to the corporate culture, and to find employment in leading shipbuilding companies in Korea, including foreign students.

조선정비학과는 조선소 및 산업체와의 협약 및 맞춤형 교육을 통한 현장감 있는 현장체험 실습과 산업체 인력 특강을 통해 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육에 중점을 두고 있다. 멘토링 제도를 운영하여 학습활동, 문화체험 등 한국생활 적응을 위한 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다.
HD현대중공업, 삼호중공업, 한화오션, 현대미포에 졸업생의 능력을 검증한 뒤 우선 취업이 되도록 한다. 이것에 대응하기 위하여 본 교는 글로벌 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 실기교육과 더불어 교양과목, 한국어 교육을 실시하고 있습니다.
- 조선해양산업 등 관련산업에서 요구되는 용접 및 도장 기술을 전문적으로 양성하기 위한 교육과정 운영

The Department of Shipbuilding Maintenance focuses on training to improve on-the-job skills through on-site field experience practice with a sense of reality through agreements with shipbuilders and industries and customized education, and special lectures on personnel from industries. A mentoring system is operated to operate programs for adaptation to life in Korea, such as learning activities and cultural experiences.
Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samho Heavy Industries, Hanwha Ocean, and Hyundai Mipo verify the skills of graduates and then cooperate so that students can get a job in the company. In order to reach the goal, our department provides liberal arts and Korean language education along with practical training so that students can grow into global talents.

산학협약 및 맞춤형 교육을 실시하여 이론교육 및 전문실무교육을 통해 조선도장분야의 기술인재 전문인력을 양성하고 HD현대중공업, 삼호중공업, 그리고 한화오션. 또한 성적우수자에게는 재단장학금과 학업장학금을 지급하고 필요에 따라서 파트타임 아르바이트를 지원하도록 합니다.
Industry-university agreements and customized education are conducted to nurture highly skilled professionals in the field of shipbuilding painting through theoretical education and professional practice education, and to enable them to get a job first after proving their skills at Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samho Heavy Industries, and Hanwha Ocean. In addition, foundation scholarships and academic scholarships are given to students with excellent grades, and part-time jobs are provided to alleviate financial difficulties.
