Integrative Practical Learning
To verify how core financial management theories (capital allocation, risk management) are applied in foreign exchange and derivatives markets, and to directly observe and analyze how customer behavior patterns and service experiences influence financial decisions at the banking frontline.
*In-depth Understanding of Financial Markets
-Activity: Visit Trading and Treasury departments (Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Money Market, Equity Market).
-Goal: Gain a deep understanding of the bank's asset management and risk hedging mechanisms, and deepen theoretical financial knowledge through practical exposure.
*Analysis of Customer Behavior and Service Touchpoints
-Activity: Visit the Banking/Sales Department and observe the account opening process.
-Goal: Observe how the bank designs and manages the Customer Journey. Analyze on-site how service quality impacts customer satisfaction and long-term relationships to apply Service Management theories in a real-world setting.
*Practical Financial Competencies and Cultural Insights
-Activity: Opportunity for account opening and visit to the Woori Bank Museum (Bank History Museum).
-Goal: Provide international students with essential practical financial skills (opening accounts) for economic activities in Korea. Gain comprehensive insights into the history of the Korean financial industry and the role of Woori Bank. |
