The Media and Video Production major places a strong emphasis on real-world application. Through internships and field training programs developed in partnership with broadcasters, film studios, post-production companies and marketing firms, students graduate not only with technical skills, but with a deep understanding of the production landscape.

In the early years, students build a foundation in visual aesthetics, planning fundamentals, film theory, and writing.
As they advance, coursework becomes more specialized — covering directing, cinematography, editing, lighting, and audio production.
In their final years, students focus on refining their individual paths through intensive workshops in documentary filmmaking, narrative film production, web content, one-person media, studio shows, and scriptwriting.
Complementing the classroom experience is mentoring-based production clubs ( such as Creator Bank, Shutter, Slate, and POP Production) where students collaborate on original works and regularly achieve recognition in national and international competitions.
